This Policy defines the procedure for receiving and opting out of informational and promotional electronic messages from the Operator (on behalf of the Operator), the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing and using information about the Parties that is confidential and/or restricted, received by the Parties during the Participant's participation in the Program, etc.
Please read this Policy before using the website and before registering in the Foodfamily loyalty program.
Personal data processing is carried out by the Operator on the basis of consent received from the Participant according to the rules of the Foodfamily loyalty program.
The Operator confirms and guarantees that:
The Operator may act as the Data Processor or delegate the processing of personal data to a Data Processor under the terms defined in a written agreement.
Data processors may include enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership, public authorities or local self-government bodies, or individual entrepreneurs that process personal data in accordance with the law.
The Data Processor may process personal data only for the purpose and within the scope defined in the agreement with the Operator.
By participating in the Foodfamily loyalty program, the Participant confirms that he has read and fully (unambiguously) agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Foodfamily loyalty program rules published on the Program website at: www.foodfamily.com.ua
The Participant has no right to participate in the Foodfamily loyalty program and use the Program website if he does not agree to the terms of this Policy. If, while using the Foodfamily loyalty program website, the Participant becomes aware of information about the Operator and/or third parties that is confidential and/or a trade secret or restricted information under Ukrainian law, the Participant is prohibited from storing, using or distributing such information.
The Participant understands and agrees that by posting information on the Foodfamily loyalty program website for which access restrictions are not provided for, any third party may access this information via the Internet.
The Participant acknowledges that if he negligently treats the security and protection of his Personal Data and authorization data on the Foodfamily loyalty program website, third parties may gain unauthorized access to the Account and the Participant's Personal and other data. In such a case, the Operator is not responsible for any damages caused to the Participant by such access.
By participating in the Program, the Participant agrees to receive news and other informational and promotional messages from the Operator (hereinafter "Messages") to the email address and phone number specified in the Form. The Participant has the right to opt out of receiving messages in the manner described in the section "Opting out of receiving messages".
Participants who do not wish to receive messages from the Operator may unsubscribe from mailings or via a phone call to any Foodfamily club location.
The Participant can change and edit personal data by logging into the Program website with their personal card number (or email) and password.
The Participant may terminate participation in the Program and delete personal data by sending the Operator a free-form request to terminate participation and the processing of personal data, indicating the person to whom the card is registered and the card number, to the postal address specified in the Contact Information section. After the Operator receives such notification, the Participant's participation in the Program is terminated, the Account and Card are blocked, points are annulled, and the Participant's personal data are destroyed.
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy and periodically review its terms. The new version becomes effective from the moment it is published on this website. By using the website, the Participant confirms agreement with the Policy terms in the version effective at the time of use.

The Operator is not liable for damage or losses suffered by the Participant or third parties as a result of misunderstanding or lack of understanding of this Policy, instructions or directions on how to use the website, or regarding data placement or other technical issues.
